During July 1916 the civilian prisoners, including the founder and editor of the “Stobsiade” were moved to Knockaloe. Others took their place and decided to continue writing the “Stobsiade” but change it to meet the needs of the military camp. This is the first edition of the military paper but the fifteenth of the Stobsiade.
