Berwickshire News and General Advertiser – King’s Own Scottish Borderers leave for camp at Stobs 16 May 1916 3/4th King’s Own Scottish Borderers under command of Colonel Sir R Waldie Griffith, V. D. have left Galashiels for Stobs and summer camp.   Advance parties arrived at Stobs last week with the main party now departing by train.
