The tenth edition begins with a poem called Romance. It goes on to talk about the Committees within the camp. There is an article called Education in the Military Camp. An editorial called the Dream follows. A further two poems called Why? and To our Readers. Towards the end there are two sections from the Military Camp and from the Civilian Camp.
