This fourth edition begins with a poem entitled The Ball in the Canteen. Followed by an editorial which is a supplement to previous addresses concerning life at camp. There are then two other essays one called Barbed wire, which details who invented it and its purpose in war, and a second called The Floor Manager, which talks of the role of floor manager and gives a snippet out of his diary. It goes on to give the origin of the term Stobs. Followed by puzzles, prize announcements, and advertisements. Full edition available here.

Kelso Chronicle – Escape of three German prisoners of war from Stobs Camp 29 October 1915 Three German sailors escaped on Tuesday from the war camp at Stobs near Hawick. Their names are Alfred Joksch, Emil Stehr and Karl Villbraudt.
