Kelso Chronicle – Stobs Camp soldier injured in Motor car accident

While walking between Hawick and Stobs on Friday night Pte. John Halliburton, National Guards, collided with a motor care and was seriously injured on the head and face. He was conveyed to Hawick Cottage Hospital in an unconscious condition and from injuries on Wednesday his state was still serious.
