Kelso Chronicle – Military Exemption of two clerks at Stobs Camp

An application was made by the military for the exemption of two clerks at Stobs Camp as being “weak in physique but strong in brain power”. Request refused by Mr Davidson as being of no real hardship and not proper for the military to claim these exemptions.
