Augustus Penny, private in E Company, 1st Newfoundland Regiment, Stobs Camp was charged with assaulting a Patrick Richardson, private in E Company, 1st Newfoundland Regiment by stabbing him on the neck, hand and shoulder with a pocket knife on the 10th August. Remitted to the Sheriff.
