The eleventh edition begins with a poem called Round in Circles. It continues with an essay How the Wing Sings in the Night. It discusses the establishment of The Trade Committee of the Military Camp and talks about the purpose of the committee. Followed by another poem What then?

The paper is then split into two sections. The first called From the Civilian Camp and the second called From the Military Camp.

The Civilian camp is opening a YMCA on February 24th. On February 28th the drama club performed Old-Heidelberg, and on March 1st is a concert where both music groups performed. March 8th another concert was be held by the Salon Orchestra and on the 13th an Evening of entertainment was held by the SCA Football Club. Events continued with a Colourful evening at the YMCA hosted by the Variety Club on March 20th, where Mr Prenzlow and Mr Kriesche performed Offenbach’s “Fritzchen and Lieschen”. On April 1st The Beaver Coat by Hauptman was performed by the Drama Club.

Meanwhile in the Military Camp on February 7th a New Theatre club emerged. On February 12 and 13th the Military Choral Society and Military Sport Society held a sport and entertainment evening. Then later in the month on February 28th a Comedy evening took place at the YMCA.

The Editors address the readers to bring them the latest news. They announce the Winner of the best article on prison life, list donation recieved, list books recieved, and the profits from the No. 10 edition. The paper finishes off with a poem called Primavera, the letterbox offering critique as to why some works are not published, and another poem Little Song of Spring.
