This fourth edition begins with a poem entitled The Ball in the Canteen. Followed by an editorial which is a supplement to previous addresses concerning life at camp. There are then two other essays one called Barbed wire, which details who invented it and its purpose in war, and a second called The Floor Manager, which talks of the role of floor manager and gives a snippet out of his diary. It goes on to give the origin of the term Stobs. Followed by puzzles, prize announcements, and advertisements.
