Peebleshire Advertiser – 8th Royal Scots arrive at Stobs Camp

The 3/8th (The 8th Reserve Battalion, the Royal Scots Pioneers), which since its arrival had only been out of Peebles for a fortnight, left on Sunday for Stobs Camp, at nearly full Battalion strength. They were transported by two special trains from the North British Railway station.
