Berwickshire News and General Advertiser – Additional lands identified for purchase

The War Office again commenced negotiations for the purchase of Adderstonshiels farm for military tactics given it lies close to Stobs estate, being separated only by a main road.   The farm extends to over 1,300 acres and tenanted by a John Davidson.
